Refund policy

This policy applies to purchases from Tyler Marcus Books LLC at tylermarcusbooks.com. Contact ofashandechoes@gmail.com or visit Order Help & Cancellations. Include your order number and the items involved. Do not send payment-card details or passwords.

Withdraw from your purchase, request a return, or cancel items

Submit a withdrawal, return, or cancellation request. Sign in with the email used for your order and the verification code sent to that address. Open the order, select Cancel items, Return items, or Cancel or return, select the affected items, and confirm your request. Shopify sends an email acknowledging the request. Requests are reviewed under this policy and your applicable legal rights; submitting a request does not itself stop printing or issue a refund. You can also notify us by email, including if the account page is unavailable. Request access does not create an unlimited refund entitlement or limit statutory rights.

Digital purchases

Our voluntary refund option allows ebook and audiobook cancellations within 24 hours of purchase through the verified cancellation form. You can choose individual formats; the form displays the calculated digital refund before confirmation. This voluntary window does not limit statutory withdrawal rights or remedies for faulty, unavailable, or misdescribed content. For those requests, or if the form is unavailable or declines your request, email us. A technical eligibility message is not a decision on your legal rights.

Paperback cancellations and returns

Request cancellation promptly. We review paperback requests manually against Lulu's production status; submitting a request does not pause printing. Once printing begins, stopping production may not be possible. This does not remove any applicable right to return the book or withdraw from the purchase. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct return address and instructions; do not send unsolicited returns to a printer.

Problems with your order

For a damaged, incorrect, missing, or faulty item, contact us with your order number and a description. Photos can help with damage or printing issues. We will investigate and provide the replacement, refund, or other remedy required by applicable law. BookFunnel can help with device setup, but purchase and refund requests can always be sent to us.

Statutory withdrawal rights

Where EU, EEA, or UK withdrawal rules apply, you generally have 14 days to withdraw: from receipt for goods, or conclusion of the contract for digital content. We do not treat a download alone as a waiver of that right. Notify us by an unequivocal statement, including by email; using a particular form is not required. For goods, send the return within 14 days after notice. You pay direct return postage for a change of mind; we cover return costs for faulty or incorrect goods. We refund eligible payments, including standard outbound delivery where required, within 14 days after notice; for goods we may wait for receipt or proof of return. Excess premium delivery costs are excluded. Handling beyond what is necessary to inspect goods may reduce the refund where permitted.

You may use this optional notice: “I give notice that I withdraw from my purchase of [items], order [number], ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].” Send it to the support email above. A printed-on-demand standard book is not treated as personalized solely because it is printed after ordering.

Refunds and mixed-format orders

Refunds are returned to the original payment method unless an alternative is agreed and permitted by law. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. Refunds reflect the amount paid for affected items, including allocated discounts and applicable tax. Selecting a paperback cancellation does not automatically cancel your digital formats. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer guarantees or other rights under applicable law.
