Shipping policy

Paperback fulfillment

Paperbacks are printed to order and fulfilled by Lulu. Production generally takes 3–5 business days after submission to Lulu, followed by the selected shipping service. Order processing and any production hold occur before printing. Transit estimates are additional to production time; weekends, public holidays, and customs processing can affect timing.

Available destinations, shipping methods, and charges are shown at checkout. Please review them and your delivery address before paying. Lulu chooses the print facility, which may be in a different country from yours. We do not guarantee a particular printing origin.

Delays and delivery issues

If we cannot ship within the stated shipment period, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate when available, and offer the cancellation and refund options required by law. If no shipment period is stated, the applicable legal default applies. An estimated date does not remove those rights. International delivery

International shipments may be subject to import VAT, duties, customs clearance charges, or carrier fees assessed by the destination country. Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, they are not included in our shipping charge and may be payable by the recipient. These import charges are separate from any sales tax or VAT collected on the purchase. Customs delays are outside the shipping estimate.

Digital delivery

Ebooks and audiobooks are delivered through BookFunnel to the email address provided at checkout after payment and order processing. They are not physical shipments. Check spam or junk folders and your BookFunnel library if the delivery email is missing. For downloading, reading, listening, or device setup, visit BookFunnel help. Contact us if delivery does not arrive or the purchase is incorrect.

Address changes and cancellations

Visit Order Help & Cancellations or email us promptly. A request does not automatically pause printing, and an address change may not be possible after production or dispatch. See our Refund Policy for cancellation, return, and statutory rights.
